Online Pilates Studio

Using your own body weight and gravity for resistance, flow matwork Pilates is a flowing and continuous practice. By Allowing your body to move in all directions, this full-body workout aligns the body and mind. Join us live via Zoom for your next class.


We offer 3 class styles:


Wellbeing Pilates

Incorporating both strengthening and stretch in a flow style of Pilates. This class is perfect for beginners, but also amazing for anyone just wanting to move their bodies and improve their strength. 

This classes are pregnancy and postpartum friendly. 

Big Burn Pilates

Big Burn Pilates is for those who have done Pilates before and want to work up a sweat and burn!  Using your body weight (and sometimes props from around the home eg. cans of beans), this class is higher intensity, whilst still using flowing movements. 

Stretch Pilates

Stretch Pilates is all about bringing your mind into the present movement through stretching the body.

Incorporating mindfulness and meditation, this is a great class to unwind, leaving your body and mind relaxed and at ease.

How to join:

1. Create your own profile

Click here to create your own profile. This is where you will be able to see and manage all of your bookings, with easy to access Zoom links!

2. Visit our Adult Pre-Exercise Screening Form

Click here to fill out the Adult Pre-Exercise Screening Tool. Every new Pilates client must do this prior to their first class. If you answer 'yes' to any of the questions, we will give you a call to discuss your options.

3. Book your online classes

Our Booking System allows you to view all class times, including online & pop-up Pilates classes. You will be able to choose to pay for casual classes or sign up with a plan.

4. What you need before class

- A Fitness Mat - Download Zoom (free download) or check the recent Zoom App Update is installed - Your favourite music - Approx. 2m x 4m space to move - A device (computer, tablet or phone) with a connected to the internet (computer is recommended). It is recommend placing your computer on the ground in front of your mat, with your mat horizontal so your instructor can see you throughout the class & offer tips or adjustments. Pregnancy If you are over 16-weeks pregnant please bring a bolster or two pillows (and advise your instructor if you are pregnant). Any one over 16-weeks pregnant cannot lay directly on their back during exercise. For this reason, bring a couple of pillows or yoga bolster. These will be perfect to place behind you when we are doing exercises on our backs.

How online classes work:

Your instructor will always be online 5 minutes before class starts. Please jump onto Zoom early if you’d like chat or mention any concerns. 

Once you book your class, you can access the class Zoom link via the email notification we send you and/or your Big Wellbeing Co. profile​.
