  • Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. Classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance. If you are unable to make your class please ensure that you cancel to allow another client the opportunity to book in.

  • Cancellations are required 12 hours in advance, however, we do appreciate knowing 24 hours in advance so others can book in. Failure to meet the 12-hour condition will incur 100% of your class fee.

  • If your class is cancelled due to an unforeseen circumstance you will be contacted via text, phone or email.

  • Bookings are made online or via the Big Wellbeing Co. Wix app.

  • Payment must be made upon booking, no exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased classes in your account or pay at the time of booking.

  • In times of Covid-19 lockdowns, classes will run online via Zoom. 

  • Classes are subject to change without notice. Big Wellbeing Co. reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

  • All class purchases are non-refundable, transferrable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or other products.

Frequently asked questions

How long do classes run for?

Both face to face & online classes are 45 minute classes, however face to face classes offer an extra 10 minutes at the end of the class for extra stretching. Why the difference in timing? We offer stretch Pilates classes online, but unfortunately we only offer Wellbeing Pilates in person, so an extra 10 minutes has been added on to the class time to get a decent amount of stretching into the class.

What happens if we go back into lockdown?

Let's hope this does not happen but in the case we go into lockdown, scheduled face to face classes will move to online classes on Zoom. All pricing options can also be used for online classes.

How do I book classes?

Decide if you would like to do a casual class / buy a 10 or 20 pack / or sign up for unlimited face to face & in person classes. Casual class Check the timetable, book & pay for your class online. 10 or 20 pack Use the PAY NOW buttons to purchase your packs. Once this payment has come through we will manually add your classes on our end, which you will then see on your account. Once you've receved this notification you will be able to book your classes on your desktop or Big Wellbeing Co. Wix app.

$49 per week Unlimited Membership Sign up online first, which will prompt you to also make a profile. Once set up & first payment made, you will automatically be able to book your classes both in person & online.
This membership can be put on hold or cancelled at anytime. No lock in contracts.

Do expiry dates change if we go into lockdown?

If you soley do face to face classes please contact Tegan at & we can adjust the expiry date for lockdown periods.

I'm pregnant, can I do Pilates?

Of course, as long as you have not been told to avoid exercise. Please check with your GP if you have any concerns. As our class sizes are small, this allows Tegan to give you alternatives and changes you may need. If you are over 15 weeks pregnant you will need to bring a yoga bolster or two dense pillows to class.
