No, no & no. There will be done of that here! We move our bodies to feel good & support our body with nutrient dense and delicious food!

Everyone in the Big Wellbeing Community is treated as an individual & by having smaller group sessions it gives your instructor time to know YOU & support YOU through your Pilates sessions. We take into account injuries, pregnancy and everything else in-between giving you the best class every!

Has been some time since you've done exercise? You guessed it! This is the place for you!

The Program Rules!

🌈 Attend a minimum of 3 Pilates sessions per week* 

     This can include: 

     👉🏻2 x Wellbeing Pilates, 1 x Stretch Pilates OR 

    👉🏻2 x Big Burn Pilates, 1 x Stretch Pilates OR

​    👉🏻1 x Big Burn Pilates, 1 x Wellbeing Pilates, 1 x Stretch Pilates

💥Anyone that completes 3 sessions each week goes into the draw to win weekly prizes! PLUS anyone that completes 3 sessions each week for 6 weeks will go into the draw to win an epic prize!!
