Returns Policy 

Terms & Conditions:

All requests for returns must be directed to Big Wellbeing Co. Requests for credits or returns must be made within 7 days of delivery of goods. All goods to be returned, whether defective, incorrectly sent or otherwise, must be authorised by Oborne Health Supplies. 

Due to the nature of product sales, returns will only be accepted if defective or incorrectly sent. 
 

Products that are defective or incorrectly sent require photo's & written issue written in an email and sent to hello@bigwellbeingco.com.au
 

Instructions will follow on how to return this item (no cost to you). 

These terms & conditions may be revised at any time and placing a new order is an acknowledgement that current terms are accepted. 

The following criteria MUST be met in order for items to be accepted for return: 

  • Stock returns for any reason must be notified within 7 days of receipt. 
     

  • Items must be returned to Oborne Health Supplies within 14 days unless otherwise approved by Customer Service Staff at Big Wellbeing Co.
     

  • Items for return must be accompanied by a corresponding return authorisation form issued by Customer Service staff from Big Wellbeing Co. 
     

  • Items must be properly and securely packed in a strongbox. 
     

  • Unless an item is being returned due to damage on the receipt, it must be received back by Oborne Health Supplies in original condition. 
     

  • Damage incurred in transit back to Oborne Health Supplies is the responsibility of the customer and items may not be accepted for return and credit may not be issued if deemed not to be in original condition. 
     

  • Boxes must be clearly addressed to Oborne Health Supplies, 29 Lionel Road, Mt Waverley, VIC 3149, or to 11 Combarton St, Brendale QLD 4500. (Address will be confirmed by customer service at Big Wellbeing Co..) The sender’s name and address must also be clearly marked on the box being returned.
