Client Story - “You’ve allowed me to discover that I don’t need to sacrifice my time or love of food to get results. And results aren’t just a number on a scale”

I want to say thank you for making my meal planning simple and easy to follow throughout the New Year/Christmas period. Like everyone else, it has been a busy few weeks but it has been nice continuing to eat well and making meals and snacks that are going to sustain me throughout the day.

I decided during the week of Christmas I would take a week off from following a meal plan. I immediately noticed a difference in how I felt. My energy levels dropped, I felt heavy, sluggish and overall ‘yuck’. As soon as I got back into following a plan, those feelings went. It was such a noticeable change! I felt lighter and ready to move. I didn’t have any bloating, the yucky feeling in my stomach immediately went away and I was craving foods that were good for me, I wanted to drink my smoothie and eat my salad!

It was a great feeling noticing this change. Up until this point, I wasn’t sure I had adapted but as soon as I stepped back and felt the physical changes, I knew I was on the right track. These feelings and physical changes have also changed my mindset. I’m motivated to exercise, I’m making better choices and overall happier.
