Services Provided:

  2. Naturopathy & Personalised Meal Planning Program: 4-Week Introductory

  3. Naturopathy & Personalised Meal Planning Program: 10-Week Transformation

  4. Initial Naturopathy Consultation (Only)

  6. Balanced Bodies Program

b. The Naturopathy consult will involve an in-depth analysis of your health history, current symptoms, dietary habits, lifestyle factors, and any concerns or goals you may have.

c. The treatment/personal plan will be designed based on your individual goals & needs. You’ll receive a list of recommended practitioner grade supplements, dietary recommendations, lifestyle recommendations & if needed referrals for pathology.  

d. The personalised meal planning will be designed based on your individual dietary needs and preferences.

e. Weekly catch-ups are intended to track your progress and address any questions or concerns that may arise during the program (these will be done via WhatsApp phone call). 

Payment Terms:

a. Payment for the Naturopathy & Personalised Meal Planning Program is required in advance.

 - Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

  • If payment is not received, the services will not be provided.

b. Payment plans are available on request through Ezidebt for programs. Any additional fees through Ezidebit will be charged to the client. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

a. Refunds will only be provided if cancellation is made prior to the commencement of the program.

b. Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to the first scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund.

c. If cancellation is made within 7 days of the first scheduled appointment, a 50% refund will be provided.

d. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the commencement of the program.

Rescheduling Policy:

a. The customer may reschedule appointments with the Naturopathy and Meal Planning team with at least 24 hours notice.

b. If the customer fails to provide 24 hours notice for a rescheduled appointment, the appointment will be forfeited and a $100 fee will be charged to reschedule. 

c. The Naturopath and Meal Planning team reserves the right to reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

d. The customer will be offered a rescheduled appointment at the earliest available time in the event of a rescheduled appointment by the Naturopath and Meal Planning team.

Pausing Policy:

a. The customer may pause a 4-week program for a maximum of 1 week and a 10-week program for a maximum of 2 weeks.

b. To request a program pause, the customer must provide at least 48 hours notice in writing to the Naturopath and Meal Planning team.

c. Payment for the program will not pause during the program pause period.

d. Upon resuming the program, the remaining weeks of the program will be adjusted to reflect the paused period.

e. 4-week programs: The customer must complete the program within 5 weeks of the initial start date, including any paused period. Failure to complete the program within 5 weeks will result in forfeiture of any unused services.

e. 10-week programs: The customer must complete the program within 12 weeks of the initial start date, including any paused period. Failure to complete the program within 12 weeks will result in forfeiture of any unused services.

Warranties/Guarantees:

a. The business makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes of the Naturopathy & Personalised Meal Planning Program.

b. The program is designed to support your health and wellbeing, but individual results may vary based on a variety of factors including compliance with recommendations, underlying health conditions, and other lifestyle factors.

Expectations:

a. The business is committed to providing high-quality services and support throughout the program.

b. The customer is expected to attend all scheduled appointments and follow recommendations provided by the Naturopath and Meal Planning team.

c. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their health history, current symptoms, and dietary habits.

d. The customer should inform the business of any changes to their health status or medications during the program.

New Client Agreement:

I agree to the following conditions:

a. The information I have provided/will provide via questionnaires, zoom, phone, email, in-person, or by any other means of communication is accurate & correct to the best of my knowledge.
b. The recommendations I will receive from my Naturopathic practitioner are not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified doctor.

c. The advice I will receive from my Naturopathic practitioner is personal and applies to me only. 

d. I must communicate with my Naturopathic practitioner any changes in my medical conditions, medical prescriptions or treatments for the duration of my plan.- I understand that I should communicate any natural herbs, supplements, dietary and lifestyle changes to my GP and other health professionals I see, as to avoid the possibility of interactions. 

e. I must inform my Naturopathic practitioner promptly if any of my new changes in diet or lifestyle start to cause me adverse effects.

f. I understand that the advice I will receive will not be enough to achieve my health goals unless I follow it and commit to it fully.

g. I understand any changes in my diet and lifestyle may produce gradual and not instantaneous effects in my body, energy, health, and condition. 

h. I understand that, although my practitioner will endeavour to help me achieve my nutrition and lifestyle goals to the extent possible, the possibility exists I may not fully attain my goals due to outside factors that my practitioner cannot control.

At Big Wellbeing Co, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your health and fat loss goals through our 6-Week Balanced Bodies Program. We are confident in the effectiveness of our programs and offer a money-back guarantee under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • The money-back-guarantee is applicable to both the Group Program and the Personalised 6-Week Program.

2. Guarantee Period:

  • The guarantee is valid for 7 days from the start date of the program.

3. Refund Process:

  • To initiate the refund process, participants must email our customer support at hello@bigwellbeingco.com.au within 7 days of the program start date, specifying the reason for the refund. 

4. Refund Amount:

  • For participants in the Group Program, the entire program fee will be refunded.

  • For participants in the Personalised 6-Week Program, the refund will be the program fee minus $290 if they have undergone the naturopath consultation.

5. Naturopath Consultation:

  • Participants availing the Personalised 6-Week Program with a naturopath consultation are entitled to a partial refund.

  • The deduction of $290 covers the effort and expertise put into the personalised treatment plan by our naturopaths.

6. Refund Criteria:

  • Refunds will only be processed for participants who have actively engaged with the program, attended the required sessions, and followed the provided guidelines.

  • Failure to adhere to the program guidelines may result in the forfeiture of the money-back guarantee.

7. Refund Process Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the refund request.

8. Additional Conditions:

  • The money-back guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the individual who enrolled in the program.

  • Refunds will not include any extra fees incurred by Ezidebit or other payment processing platforms for payment plans.

  • Refunds will not include any supplement or pathology purchases.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrolment.
