Initial Naturopathy Consultation + 28-Day Personalised Meal Plan

  • 60-minute consultation to discuss your health goals

  • 20-minute treatment plan review (following day)

  • Nutritional recommendations

  • Supplementation recommendations

  • Lifestyle recommendations

  • Further testing recommendations (if required)

  • 28-Days of meal planning (sent weekly)

  • Recipes & weekly shopping lists

  • Contact with Tegan via WhatsApp for weekly checkins (over 28-days).

Option to continue meal planning after 28-days
$80 AUD weekly or $280 AUD for 4 x weekly plans (emailed weekly)
